Saturday Afternoon, Going Up

Lots of big ideas brewing. Mostly hinging on the improved technology for recording vinyl. I've got some quasi-psychedelic rock to demonstrate the musically edifying effects of bear meat and antelope, game in general. Bow hunting. Sort of Jesus Christ Superstar without the Jesus Christ or the Superstar. Now rocking the painful wake-up call albatross of David Crosby's "If I could Only Remember My Name" - dark, dark was the night. Still dumbfounded by some of those Carole King songs on the Dimension Dolls compilation. Though the Brill Building book, Always Magic in the Air, doesn't really spend enough time in any one place to really do it justice. Searching for a surreal Roger Miller song about an aunt or an uncle. Can't remember which.

Woo hoo! Nice to see Mr. Poncho on the scene. I think the David Crosby is key here. It's what we're about. Navel lint manifesto.
